From cacao, to flowers, to the table.
This is not three separate things placed side by side. Each part prepares us for the next: cacao gives us a way to understand origin, flowers turn that attention into expression, and food brings what we have noticed back into a shared experience.
Come on your own, bring someone you love or make space for a new conversation. The journey is designed to be unhurried: to awaken the senses first, then the hands, and finally the table between us.

A Kakao drink becomes our first encounter with origin—something grown, transformed and brought to the cup through time and craft. We begin by slowing down enough to notice it.

Carry that attention into flowers
With the senses awake, move to the Blume Bar. Colour, form and texture become a way to understand flowers as living materials shaped by season and place. Follow what draws you in, then compose a floral piece of your own.

Bring it together around food
A hand-made salmon rice ball bento grounds the journey at the table. Tasting and making give us a language for conversation; food turns individual noticing into something shared.
