Pressed Blume Workshop · 4 October 2026

Every bloom held a story.

At KOHA Bistro, a long table became a place to slow down— learning, making and gathering through flowers.

The afternoon

Pressed-flower art · reflection · a mini bouquet · drinks and dessert

An afternoon to notice

Flowers asked us to take our time.

We came together to discover the art of pressing flowers. What unfolded was also a chance to listen to our instincts, put a few feelings into words and make something that could be carried home.

01 · Learn the art

One thoughtful layer at a time.

We began with the quiet craft of flower pressing—how a bloom is chosen, placed and patiently preserved. Around the table, familiar flowers became new materials to notice closely.

02 · Create with flowers

A keepsake, arranged by instinct.

Each guest chose delicate pressed blooms and composed them into a piece of their own. There was no single right arrangement—only colour, texture and the story each person wanted the flowers to carry.

03 · Pause and reflect

Words found a place among the flowers.

Between petals, guests wrote a note—to themselves or to someone close. Later, they gathered fresh stems into a mini bouquet, choosing each one with the same gentle attention.

Pressed delphinium stems laid out for a floral composition.

Gather, connect, wrap with love

What we carried home.

Over a rose-and-strawberry drink and dessert, conversations unfolded easily. Each artwork was finished, each bouquet gathered, and every guest left with something made to keep—or to give to someone they love.

Notes from Blume

A little something, when something is blooming.

New weekly edits, workshops and small stories from the studio—sent gently, only when there is something worth sharing.
