Founding story 01
To Myself, First
Self-love

The Dedication
“For the one who always puts others first. I’d like to dedicate these flowers to myself. A gentle reminder to love myself first, to stop waiting for others to acknowledge my worth, and to know that it’s okay to treat myself to something beautiful without feeling guilty. Because sometimes, the love we need most is our own.”
Our Curation
The first real founding dedication, addressed to no one but the person who wrote it. Not a thank-you to someone else, not a milestone — just permission, finally given, to receive instead of only to give.
Most dedications we receive are for someone else — a friend, a daughter, a version of a younger self. This one broke that pattern in a way we didn’t expect: a woman dedicating flowers to herself, in the present tense, with no occasion attached.
She wrote about always putting others first, about waiting for acknowledgment that wasn’t coming, about the guilt of spending on herself. So we built the bouquet to feel unapologetic.
Blush garden roses for gentleness turned inward instead of outward for once. Ranunculus for radiance that doesn’t need anyone else’s permission to show up. Tulips, worked in quietly, for healing and for the idea that it’s genuinely okay to receive.
We called it “To Myself, First” because that’s the whole dedication, in three words. Sometimes the love we need most really is our own.
Palette: blush and cream — warm and a little indulgent on purpose.
This isn’t a shy, apologetic bouquet. It’s meant to feel like a treat, because that was the whole point of the dedication.
